Print head is in bad condition with many dead pixels in printing and will need to be replaced. Spindles and media holders are functioning. Printer housing has scuffs, scratches and dents from consistent use, and is missing a foot. Power cord is included. Items paid for before 1:00 pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders completed after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped on the following business day. Please contact us if standard shipping is the only option listed and you need to upgrade to a faster service. We will try to accommodate your needs.

Payment

We accept PayPal payments, credit card payments through PayPal, or cash on pickup (by appointment) from our warehouse in St. Joseph, MI. Items must be picked up within 10 business days of being paid for, unless prior arrangements are made.

Warranty

We offer a 30-day DOA warranty on all of our items EXCEPT those listed for parts or repair. We will cover the return shipping on warrantied units.

Returns or Exchanges

Contact us if you have any questions or concerns. A 30-day return period also applies to items that arrive in the condition described in the listing. We will refund the purchase price of the item, however, the buyer is responsible for return shipping in this case. Additionally, the item must arrive back to us undamaged and in the original condition in which it was sold—no modification, alterations, etc.
