Most of our computers are sold without hard drives or operating systems unless explicitly stated. Most of our computers are intended to be refurbished by IT professionals. Used hard drives are a common point of failure in computers so we highly recommend buying new or certified used hard drives.

The pricing of our equipment depends on many factors including supply and demand. We are willing to consider discounts on bulk orders.

Yes, most of our products come with a warranty. Items that are listed in the following conditions are not eligible for warranty, returns, or refunds:  “as is”, “parts or repair”, or “no returns”

Most of our items are used and will show signs of wear. We try our best to describe and picture the item's condition as accurately as possible. 

Most of the time. There are times when our team is unable to offer same day handling on rush orders due to the volume of shipments that we are dealing with. However, we’d love to try to accommodate any needs. Please call us at (269) 932-3212 to see if we can get your package shipped out in a hurry. Additional fees may apply if the carriers have already picked up for the day. 

Please look through the pictures and descriptions thoroughly. If an accessory or part is not pictured, most likely it will not be included unless it is explicitly stated in the description that it is included.  For example, most of our laptops do not include the power supply. However, with desktop computers we do include power cords.

We do not have a retail location where customers can browse our products. However, if you purchase your item and would like to pick the item up at our warehouse, please contact us after your purchase and we can refund any calculated shipping costs. At this point, you are welcome to inspect the item. Upon pickup, if the item does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund before leaving our facility.
