Item comes from a used environment with wear and tear. There are scuffs and scratches around the keyboard and could use a more thorough cleaning. Yellowed over time. Item has been tested and almost all keys are functional. F7, Caps Lock, numpad enter, and LCTRL are all keys that are not registering properly. The right arrow key registers during testing but does not move over a character as intended. The numlock and scroll lock keys function but their indicator lights do not work. The rest of the keys were ran through a test and seem to function and register as intended. Unsure if the back switches work properly. To properly test this keyboard, one of the back switches was flipped to "ON" and then other switch to "A". It can act weirdly or not work at all if flipped to "X". Items paid for before 1:00 pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders completed after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped on the following business day. Please contact us if standard shipping is the only option listed and you need to upgrade to a faster service. We will try to accommodate your needs.

Payment

We accept PayPal payments, credit card payments through PayPal, or cash on pickup (by appointment) from our warehouse in St. Joseph, MI. Items must be picked up within 10 business days of being paid for, unless prior arrangements are made.

Warranty

We offer a 30-day DOA warranty on all of our items EXCEPT those listed for parts or repair. We will cover the return shipping on warrantied units.

Returns or Exchanges

Contact us if you have any questions or concerns. A 30-day return period also applies to items that arrive in the condition described in the listing. We will refund the purchase price of the item, however, the buyer is responsible for return shipping in this case. Additionally, the item must arrive back to us undamaged and in the original condition in which it was sold—no modification, alterations, etc.
