Unit has been tested and is working. We had to wipe the hard drive due to obligations with our customer. It will need to be replaced and have a new operating system loaded onto it. You may need a Toshiba Rep to supply it. The printer now comes up with "Contact Technical Support." It does print well but may need to be cleaned as it does have some light lines on the sheet. Shipping and Handling
Items paid for before 1:00 pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders completed after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped on the following business day. Please contact us if standard shipping is the only option listed and you need to upgrade to a faster service. We will try to accommodate your needs.
We accept PayPal payments, credit card payments through PayPal, or cash on pickup (by appointment) from our warehouse in St. Joseph, MI. Items must be picked up within 10 business days of being paid for, unless prior arrangements are made.
We offer a 30-day DOA warranty on all of our items EXCEPT those listed for parts or repair. We will cover the return shipping on warrantied units.
Returns or Exchanges
Contact us if you have any questions or concerns. A 30-day return period also applies to items that arrive in the condition described in the listing. We will refund the purchase price of the item, however, the buyer is responsible for return shipping in this case. Additionally, the item must arrive back to us undamaged and in the original condition in which it was sold—no modification, alterations, etc.
